Past incidents

Delayed delivery to some Microsoft-hosted domains

Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 temporarily deferred mail from part of our sending pool. Queued messages were delivered within 40 minutes.

Slow webmail sign-in

A database failover made sign-in take up to 20 seconds for some users. Mail delivery was not affected.

IMAP connections dropped during maintenance

Planned certificate rotation reset IMAP sessions. Most apps reconnected on their own.

Spam filter update caused false positives

A rules update marked some newsletters as spam. The rule was rolled back and affected messages were restored to the inbox.
